How can I resume my subscription?

You can rejoin the Heights community any time!


If you've cancelled a previous subscription, within your customer portal under "Inactive subscriptions" you'll see your cancellation date in the top left area.

To resubscribe, follow these steps:

  1. Hit the blue button named "Reactivate"

  2. Choose the date you'd like to reactivate your account (plus, next be charged and have your order sent out)

  3. Select "Confirm" and you're all set!

After doing so, the previously shown cancellation date will update to "Next on [date selected]" so you know exactly when to expect your next order.
