INGREDIENTS:

Biotic⁺ contains seven strains of bacteria and yeast*:

• Lactobacillus paracasei LAFTI® L26

• Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell®-11

• Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell®-52

• Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell®-71

• Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG

• Bifidobacterium longum Rosell®-175

• Yeast (Saccharomyces boulardii)

Together, there are more than 20 billion CFUs (that stands for colony-forming unit, and is the standard measurement for probiotics) of these strains in each capsule.

Other ingredients:

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, potato starch, acacia fiber, zinc oxide, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

*Note that we include the exact strains, not just the bacterial species. E.g. Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell®-11, not just Lactobacillus rhamnosus. We do this because we have meticulously chosen the exact strains with the most compelling and accurate research behind their benefits

ZINC AND VITAMIN C:

Zinc:

To ensure you could take both Vitals⁺ and Biotic⁺ together, we have included a smaller amount of zinc (2.5mg, or 25% of the recommended daily intake). This helps ensure you won’t exceed the maximum daily intake.

As zinc is beneficial for immunity and cognitive function, it supports both immune and brain health.

Vitamin C:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is used as a preservative in Biotic⁺ formulation. With 4mg per capsule, or 5% of RDA (80mg) the dosage isn’t sufficient to claim health benefits.

But the fact that even the preservatives in our formulation are doing good work for your body is a testament to our commitment to the highest-quality product development.
