We worked hard to make sure that (unlike many supplements), you can take Heights at any time of day, with or without food, and still get all the benefits and absorption you'd expect - thanks to our smarter capsule-in-a-capsule format.

Whether you choose to take it with your morning coffee, when you sit down at your desk, or before you go to bed is up to you but we recommend you take two together at the same time every day, whenever works best for you.
