Shelf life and storage:

The capsule material we use for our omega-3 oil acts as a barrier to oxygen which helps to prevent oxidation. If stored properly, omega-3 oil capsules will maintain their quality for the duration of the shelf life. You will find the BBE date specific to your bottle at the bottom in black text.

It is best to store your supplements out of direct sunlight and in a place that doesn't get too warm as some nutrients can be affected by heat and light.

You should also avoid storing your supplements in your fridge, as the capsules may become a little brittle if they're exposed to really cold temperatures and moisture.

Dark/black pills:

While it may look concerning, this can happen when the oil from the outer capsule leaks inside the inner capsule. Not to worry—these capsules are totally safe to consume, and this doesn't affect the efficacy or strength of the dosage.

If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact support@yourheights.com and include a picture of the bottle you received as well as the batch number printed on the bottom.
