Not in the traditional sense, but you will likely have much more yellow urine, don't worry - it's a good thing. It comes from vitamin B2, aka riboflavin. It would also happen if you ate a lot of kale and asparagus.

Rarely, you might find yourself with an upset stomach after taking Heights. If this happens to you, our dietitians suggest you try splitting the dose (one in the morning, one at night), and taking it with food. Although Heights is designed to be safe to take without food, everyone’s digestion is different and some may be more sensitive than others.
