Quarterly Subscriptions (Smart Supplement)

If you were previously on a quarterly subscription and you're looking to restart a subscription with us, that's great to hear!

All you need to do is head back to our Smart Supplement product page or simply follow this link to take you straight to checkout.

This feature is currently being built for our quarterly subscribers within your customer portal.

Monthly Subscriptions (Smart Supplement and Smart Probiotic)

Within your account, simply scroll down the portal's home page to view your previous orders and subscription. Once you've found the one you had cancelled, you can reactivate it by following these steps:

  1. Select the top option from the list stating "Reactivate"

  2. Choose the date you'd like to reactivate your account

  3. Select "Confirm" and you're all set!
