Cancel Order

We pride ourselves on packaging and shipping orders within hours of processing payments, so once your payment has gone through to fulfilment, unfortunately we can't stop it from being shipped.

However, you can delay a future upcoming order. Simply log into your account and go to “Skip” or “Set next date or edit frequency” from the list of options.

Example: Say you've paid for a quarterly subscription, this means you'll receive 3 bottles over the next 3 months. If you then decide to cancel, this means bottle #1 will be received as expected due to the speed of our processing and fulfilment, but bottles #2 and #3 can be delayed.
