We pride ourselves on packaging and shipping orders within hours of processing payments, so once your payment has gone through to fulfilment, unfortunately, we can't stop it from being shipped.
We do email our customers 3 days before taking any payment to allow you the opportunity to cancel, skip or reschedule if needed so apologies if this reminder was missed.
However, you can delay future orders at any time. Simply log into your account and select to “Skip” or “Set your next order date” from the list of options.
