If you’ve decided that Heights isn’t for you, we’ll be sad that you’re leaving. But, don’t worry, we won’t make it awkward. Just log in to your account, and you can cancel from there.

If you just haven’t nailed the habit yet, or need more time to finish your bottle - we can pause your subscription for a bit too. Let us know what you need at support@yourheights.com.

Any orders that are already processed will arrive as usual, you’ll be able to see where you’re at in your subscription by going to your Order History, and, if you’ve been billed already - the cancellation will take effect from your next billing cycle.

If you have an annual subscription, you won’t be able to cancel mid-term - but you can opt-out of auto-renewal by contacting us at support@yourheights.com.

We'll ask you a few questions about why you're cancelling, just so we can learn what we could be doing better. But it won’t take ages, promise. Thanks for giving us a try!
