How do I update my billing information?

NOTE BEFORE YOU START To use Google Pay, please ensure you’re using the Google Chrome browser and for Apple Pay (if you're based in the US), please use the Safari browser.

To update your payment method, first login into your customer portal. Now follow the below steps:

1. Select the button labelled "More"

2. Select "Change payment method"

3. Click "Confirm" to request a secure link—this will be emailed to you so you can update your payment details

4. Open your inbox and look for the email subject: "Update your payment method for Heights" and open the "Confirm payment information" link.

Your current payment method will be displayed, plus the last 4 digits of your card (if you’re using a card). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more. You can also pay via Paypal or Google / Apple Pay (for US customers).

5. Update payment method and billing information where required, then select "Update Card".
