Within your account portal, you’ll notice a variety of options to choose from that relate to managing your subscription.
To update your payment method, you can find this in the list of options – 3rd from the bottom – or within the Edit info option.
See the steps to take to update your billing info below:
Click “Edit payment method” and “Update by email” to request a secure link—this will be emailed to you so you can update your payment details.
Go to your inbox and look for the email subject: "Update your payment method for Heights".
Open the "Confirm payment information" link you’ve received.
Your current payment method will be displayed and the last 4 digits of your card (if you’re using a card). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more. You can also pay via Paypal or Google / Apple pay.
Update payment method and billing information where required, then select "Update Card".
Note: If you’d like to use Google pay, please ensure you’re using the Google Chrome browser and for Apple Pay, please use the Safari browser!
