Yes. Magnesium has lots of great health benefits, so feel free to continue taking it if you already do! Just make sure to take Heights at a different time of the day.
The only reason we didn’t include magnesium is that it would inhibit the absorption of some of the other really great nutrients in the Smart Supplement!
