Magnesium has lots of great health benefits. So, yes please feel free to continue taking it if you already do—just make sure to take Heights at a different time of the day to ensure maximum absorption of all nutrients.
As much as we wanted to, unfortunately, we couldn't include magnesium in the Smart Supplement—it would inhibit the absorption of some of our other amazing nutrients, such as zinc.
