The short answer is no. We recently upped our dose of vitamin D from 20mcg to 45mcg, based on the results of the Heights nutrient deficiency study we ran with our Head of Nutrition, Sophie Medlin.

Our general rule of thumb is if it's in the Smart Supplement, then you don't need to supplement it elsewhere - unless advised by a doctor. If vitamin D is something you're keen to continue, it is worth consulting with your doctor.
