Within your account portal, you’ll notice a variety of options to choose from that relate to managing your subscription.
First, you should log in here.
There are 2 options below to bring your next shipment forward:
1. GET NOW
By selecting “Get now” and then “Confirm” from the list of options, this will place your next order to be shipped now (i.e. from the day your select this option) and set your following order to 4 weeks from that day.
For example, say your next order was due to be shipped next week, by selecting Get now this will change it to today and any future delivery dates will then align with this amendment.
2. SET NEXT DATE OR EDIT FREQUENCY
By selecting “Set next date or edit frequency”, this will allow you to choose a specific date you’d like your next order to be shipped. Whatever date you choose from in the calendar, subsequent orders will then align with this and be sent out 29 days later.
Simply choose a date and then hit "Confirm".
